Great option and value add compared other remote desktop tools
I like that there is an easy way to manage access for multiple users, as well as monitoring usage of software within my organization's cloud environment from anywhere in world via mobile app or web browser! It would be great if they could provide more detailed information about who was using what apps/software at any given time so we can better track use patterns across our team members' devices (e..g., which employees are most likely downloading content during work hours). We're solving two problems with one tool - providing visibility into how many people have logged onto certain applications; plus giving us real-time analytics regarding their activity while working remotely through Zoom meetings etc.- all without having them log out each session when finished or requiring additional IT support staff resources dedicated solely towards this task.

- I wish it would provide more details about the activity within the app; so we could better understand how much time employees are spending within a particular app/software or if certain groups are using more resources than others
