Difficult to charge
I'm finding this device to charge my controllers a lot harder than it's worth. I would give that a big fat 0. I would think you just install them and they should charge, but no, you'll have to spend a few minutes fiddling with the controllers to possibly get them to charge. Right now none of my controllers are charging at all, they feel like they are in the right state but no dice.
