Suddenly the CDs in our 2011 Hyundai Elantra stopped playing. We have never cleaned a laser lens or performed any services. I put the CleanDr CD in the player and IMMEDIATELY played an audio track with instructions. I was skeptical it would play at all, but that's not a problem. It ran out very quickly and I put in a self-recorded CD-R (which hadn't played before) and it didn't work again. Oh oh! But then I put in a commercial CD and it worked. I've done this with a few others that have worked well. Then I put in the faulty CD-R and it worked! Since using CleanDr.Wonderful there have been no more problems.
