This is one piece of flocked neoprene, not velvet
I didn't take into account what the word "snorkel" in the title means and was hoping it was a black velvet ribbon. If you are looking for this, please note that this is nothing but sticky tape and cannot be used in the same way. It's a thin disc of thick, rubbery, scuba-like neoprene material with a flocked velvet finish that gave me a fiberglass-like sliver. I'm sure it's a great product for other uses, but please don't make my mistake buying sewing tape.
