I bought this belt for the show and was hoping to convert it to a black casual/dress belt. I didn't realize I needed to resize and was hoping I could just order the belt and put it on during our technical rehearsal at the theater. To my surprise, the strap was too big and it wasn't until the first weekend of shooting that I found out that it could be changed. To my great surprise, after the return period had passed, I wore the belt many times, and while working, the part that attached the belt to the buckle broke. I was angry at that moment but once the seller was informed of my displeasure I was contacted within a week. I am only giving this product two stars because the customer service has been improved by the seller.
