UPDATE MARCH 2019 - Amber marker lights not flashing.
I read the reviews and description and thought the external amber had a flash mode. You are stable. In addition, the device draws 2.75 amps DC when the lights are on. As much as I'd love to rewrite Ohm's Laws, that's 33 +/- watts at 12VDC, not 136W. Unfortunately I'll be returning it as it's a very good light for the stock price I paid. If I had something else to use I would leave it.
