Arrived in a great box, great packaging, pretty easy to put together and looks good. Unfortunately, it didn't work well and was cheaper than it first looked. The metal fatigued almost immediately, the lever continued to flex no matter how hard I tightened, the tension knobs are plastic and I'm sure they will break quickly as they don't hold the levers in place well and require constant re-tightening. Came back looking for a better one, this time I will spend more. I figured I could lie in bed with it and read my Kindle hands-free, but as I lay down to check it, the hand slowly moved lower and lower while my device was resting on my face. There's also almost no good way to get the arm out of the way once it's in place, most ways I've tried and since I bought it specifically for my bed it was a deal breaker too . I was so excited about this but in this case I think you get what you pay for.
