Its impossible to use it, dont waste your money.

When you're outside, though, noise suppression may be quite distracting. For example, a gentle breeze, which most people don't even notice, can sound like the howling winds of a typhoon when wearing headphones with active noise cancellation. On the other hand, I would not recommend purchasing a model that is identical only without noise reduction because this feature is essential for use in the metro. The headphones are convenient and easy to use, and there were no major issues that arose while they were being utilized.

I had to adjust my rating because of my marriage; I do not suggest in any way that you take it, and I did not anticipate this from JBL.

Pros

Great look. Ergonomic design ensures that there is no strain placed on the head or ears, although sitting in them for an extended period of time is still not possible. If you go to and from work each day for an hour, a battery with good capacity should last for about two weeks in this situation. Very quick and easy connection through BT; the pairing process takes literally two or three seconds with the phone turned on. Excellent sound quality; because to the noise reduction and larger speakers than those of passive tunnel headphones, I was able to hear new nuances in the music I normally listen to.

Cons

It is possible for BT to malfunction, in which case the buttons can cease responding, the sound might stutter, or even the device's own software might be unable to recognize them. The volume level is rather low; yet, when turned up to its maximum, it may be heard pretty well; nonetheless, if the source signal is weak, there is no room for margin at all. Although the price is not at all cheap, when compared to other models that are roughly the same in terms of their attributes, it is roughly on par with those other models. The buttons ceased functioning properly after only a little period of use. The customer service center was hesitant for a considerable amount of time, but in the end, they acknowledged the marriage, and as a result, they gave the money back to the store.
