My job requires me to sit in front of a computer for many hours at a time, and I've tried different brands and designs of office chairs to find the perfect chair. It's damn close to perfect. The ERGOUP chair sits comfortably on the gluteus maximus (below), offers good lower back support, and best of all, the seat itself can recline to prevent you from sliding forward. Once you've set the right angle, you can still recline to your liking, with the tension always snapping the chair back into place as you lean forward. The mesh is breathable so it doesn't get hot or sweaty, but the designer was clever enough to place the padding under the mesh right where your hamstrings (the backs of your thighs) make close contact with the seat. This is a very thoughtful design. The armrests can be raised or lowered as needed, as can the chair seat itself. The only change I had to make to this chair is the wheels, which are plastic and not suitable for rolling on hardwood floors. So I replaced those wheels with rubber wheels, which are quiet and slide easily on the floor. Good office chairs don't come cheap, but I think this one is worth every penny at the current price.
