I took this coat to Alaska in late May/June 2012. This is a great coat for plus size women. Many coats don't work well for overweight women, this is an exception. It's stylish, warm and modern in style. Keeps out the rain and cold and has a zipped lining that allows you to adapt to cool to cold weather. The zipper could be worn as a light coat without the outer shell. The hood has often come in handy when whale watching or caught in an unexpected downpour. Cool must-buy!
