Can't comment on durability as I haven't had them very long, but I've bought several of these sets over the past few months as I've been adding more items to my closet rather than drawers. While they appear pretty solid, definitely better than those awful plastic ones you usually see. I can hang two hangers on the "loop" if the clothes are not bulky. and everything is fine. If you have a low bar in your closet, you may have trouble using it as it causes the bottom pieces to sag a bit. Place longer items on the side you want to lie on top. Edit 10-1-19: Still working fine. I had no issues with structural failure, even with my heavier clothing. I had to worry about weight distribution on the plastic types, they are solid throughout. I have no problem hanging anything from lightweight blouses to heavier motorcycle gear.
