BUT Caused a very serious accident!

This and similar products require a design update. The threshold for forming a tubular rod through the hole is too high. I stumbled over it and a week ago I fell very badly - bruises on my legs and a hematoma + a bruise on my ribs and aching limbs. Fortunately there are no broken bones, but others with weak bones may not be so lucky. I'm 70+! Consider using a solid flat bar instead of metal at the base of the device. I have disassembled this unit and want to return it BUT the return period has recently expired. AMAZON, please comment as soon as possible. Dennis Simmons
