Not a sticker but a hard plastic tab.

Yes, they are much thicker and stronger than the "stickers" I was thinking of. They protrude too much beyond holes or screw heads. I will say that "Grain" fits perfectly into the interior of my closet. Were it not for the fact that these are hard tabs and not a thin sticker, I would probably be very happy with them.
