I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum who loves embossed leather. Appearance is very disappointing. We are ranch drivers so I am very familiar with leather and it's aging and wear. It's just poor quality control. Not "vintage" and not "aged". The bag is a good size and as it's a gift I'm reporting so I can't return it. I am planning to oil the leather as it is very dry and not at all color appealing. Not what I expected. However, it appears to be well made and I think that with some care it will be attractive. If not I think I'll resell on Facebook and buy my mom something else for Christmas. One of the other ideas also mentioned cute packaging and I have to disagree. I'm sure they got something different than me, but the photo shows what we got. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's definitely not cute when you give it as a gift. Another cause for concern. I would suggest skipping this.
