I have two batteries that we use as backup batteries and we wanted something on each that could tell their voltage at a glance. This goes with my solar charger and multimeter and helps me ensure the batteries are balanced and charged. I ended up buying another to mount on my RV so the panel could read the battery voltage when it was unplugged.
