Minor hardware error after only 3 months of use
The pump stopped working after only 3 months. As they pulled him out of the well, it became pretty obvious what had happened. The tiny, inferior bolts holding the chassis together didn't stand a chance of holding the body together. I'm surprised it took 3 months. Clearly a production error. Good luck trying to call the company to replace them, the number is constantly busy. Hopefully someone will read this, come forward and do the right thing and do it right.
