The customer support department was fantastic to work with! They were very helpful when we needed assistance right away or just general questions along our journey of implementation. I do like how it allows you to create your own templates so that makes things easier as well since there are not many options available at first glance upon creating an account/profile. There could be more features added such as ability to add multiple employees into one template which would help manage time off better than what's currently offered by this software. This program has drastically improved efficiency within my organization through automating some processes while still allowing me flexibility should any issues arise during business hours via phone calls from their Customer Support Team (CST).
