THE LIGHT LOOKED PINK NOT PURPLE.

When I turned on the lightbulb, it turned pink instead of purple. The purple EcoSmart bulb I ordered actually looks purple. I would recommend this bulb for its color accuracy even though it costs more than the BlueX brand bulb. As you can see, the starlight in the first image contains a purple EcoSmart bulb. In the second picture, the star lantern has a BlueX bulb. Inside is a signature pink-purple LED bulb.

Pros

Artistic lighting effects. Replace dull, soft white light with a blue bulb to spice up any party. These bulbs are great for Halloween parties, special occasions and as a night light.
