I like that they have a wide range of products to choose from. They are very knowledgeable and can quickly give you an idea as to what will work best for your needs. It's difficult to find someone who has experience using these products, so it's nice that they are willing to train new employees. I dislike that there isn't much support out here in the west coast area. Most of our clients are in the east coast or midwest areas. I also don't like being required to pay for training if we need more training. We've been able to use them for two years now and haven't had any issues. They have helped us migrate many different types of solutions.
