I was concerned at first, bought for a week in Cancun. About day 3 or 4 some water got into one of them, but I'm not sure if this is user error. Then on day 6 I tied myself into a 25 foot deep cenote and it detached from my neck (certain user error), it detached from my neck and sank to the bottom. The place we went through freedived at least 3 hours later or the next morning and found it. NOT A DROP OF WATER IN IT! My phone was saved, so I believe in this case.
