It's ok, be careful with the blades, they stick together.
The only real problem I had was separating the fan blades. The paper stuck to the blades and peeled off the sticker. Otherwise, it was easy to assemble the fan. Some of the screw holes weren't perfectly aligned. It was still able to fit it together. Assembly and installation took about an hour.
