There's nothing really I dislike about this system so far other than its pricing structure which seems pretty steep for what you get in return! The customer support has been great as well - they're always quick with an answer or two (even if it means just emailing back immediately). If your business requires high availability at all times then stick with another product like Groupology/GoCoupons etc but otherwise there shouldn't be any issues using Invisupon for small businesses who need some extra hand holding when implementing new software solutions. We've found we have not needed additional functionality over GoCUps yet since our integration was fairly simple anyway. However, their tech team did walk us through setting up recurring invoicing features via Salesforce after getting stuck somewhere during set ups before launch. I like how easy it is to organize coupons by store. You can also add your own custom coupons. Most coupons have a barcode which makes scanning coupons quick and easy! I wish there was an easier way to access coupons when you're in multiple stores at once (maybe with an app?). There's not much I dislike about this product. It works well for me. I just wish there were more coupons available! This saves us time on going to multiple stores to get our coupons!
