Great Customer Service! I have never had an issue with customer service ever since they started using their software (or at least before we switched). It was always easy for me or my staff to give quick updates as there were no delays in getting information. This program has been very easy for our office to use. It was also fairly inexpensive compared to other programs we considered. I would say it's important to be familiar with how coupons work in general before using this product. For example, I had issues figuring out how to enter my store's coupons into the system. There's nothing really I dislike about this system so far other than its pricing structure which seems pretty steep for what you get in return! The customer support has been great as well - they're always quick with an answer or two (even if it means just emailing back immediately). If your business requires high availability at all times then stick with another product like Groupology/GoCoupons etc but otherwise there shouldn't be any issues using Invisupon for small businesses who need some…
