Feels good but color is wrong and long on one side

I have just received the red XXL dog coat and it is not as advertised on one side and red on the back Length is longer. than my dog is comfortable (22 inches is his normal coat length). I see other buyers received a red coat which was exactly like the picture so I go back and size it down to XL and hope the other side is solid red. A coat.
