Before I bought them from Revain I had a set I bought from Big Box. This couple was amazing. It sounded great and was of good quality. I liked them so much that I ended up buying a pair for my wife when her cheap in-ear headphones went to waste. I ended up losing my pair and was frustrated that the large box I bought two pairs in no longer carried them. So I decided to search the internet and found them in Revain. Eagerly I placed the order and was surprised that they arrived within 3 days. Cool! This was the last good news I ever received about the Smokin' Buds 2. The new couple didn't do justice to the old couple. First, they seemed significantly cheaper than the ones I use, or even my wife's pair. However, I tested them again and again with the Daedalus album Love to make Music to and from the first roll I knew it was bullshit. To best describe their sound, imagine you're buying a pair of cheap disposable headphones from Family Dollar. That tinny common mode sound, right? That's exactly what they gave me. The only positive thing about them was the fact that they broke like a throwaway pair from Family Dollar. I was still using them and the left speaker just stopped working. I was dismayed, but also a little relieved that I didn't have to expose myself to these awful headphones. Good Trip! Now I'm moving on to something better.
