Update: The manufacturer's customer service contacted (too enthusiastically!) and offered a replacement pack of socks after holes appeared on the original socks. I'm happy to report that the new ones haven't punctured after a few washes, so obviously I had a bad batch the first time. Great product but watch out for inconsistent batches. Initial 2 Star Rating: These are some of the most comfortable socks I've ever had: With multiple sizes, the socks fit your feet perfectly and the padding is very detailed: it's thick but not too thick at the bottom and thin at the top for breathability. If only the material was given the same attention as the fit. One sock had an ankle hole right after washing before it was even worn, and within a month of light wear, a third of the socks had a toe hole. Other cheap socks might not look as good, but you can wear them for at least a few months before they start breaking.
