High Quality: Car Electronics

I used it as an adapter to route power to my ODBII connector to power my car for a car battery change. I connected a USB battery source and had an ODBII connector cable with a car charger port. This adapter/converter works great. universal for any other application in the car cigarette lighter from 5V to 12V.
