I bought this to use my surface pro 7 with a big monitor because I was tired of using my old slow PC. I decided to clean up the mess and just use my Surface. I wanted something that would work as a desktop stand. I didn't want anything dangling off the side of my Surface like most docks available. I have one and I feel like it hogs the USB ports. I also wanted something that could charge the Surface so I could cut down on wires in my office. Combined with a 60W charger, this docking station is the perfect solution! I can even keep the surface type lid attached while docked! I will edit the review if I encounter any problems in the future.
