Poor design for a small person
Raise and lower handle is too short and sloped to fit the chair. I'm small and can't comfortably raise and lower a chair. I have to bend and twist to reach the balance-changing lever, and the chair flies out from under me. The saddle is also too wide for a small person, putting pressure on the hips. If you are small with short hands this is not for you.
