So I've tried many pendant lights and this one falls into the same category as most of them. The item itself is fine and works with all the lamps I've tried, however the part that screws on to hold the lampshade/sphere is not long enough and I couldn't fit the glass lampshade/sphere in any my local handyman can find stores that will work with it. Rather than trying to find something online I decided to return it and find another pendant light with a cord/plug, which I did. I upload several pictures. Image 1 of this product and dimensions. Pictures 2 and 3 are for a similar product and the measurements are more versatile in terms of size and function. My recommendation to the seller is to lengthen the part highlighted in the pictures. Otherwise commercially available glass balls will not work with it.
