The product has been very effective for our sales team! It's saved us countless hours of time searching through emails looking at who needs what information as well helping me keep track if any changes have happened since I last looked over there contact info etc.. Nothing really it seems you get used too quickly but that could be just because we didn't spend enough training or coaching when setting this up so maybe try hiring some consultants/advisors? We're solving problems by being more efficient within my department which helps reduce stress levels during busy periods (as all departments are now under pressure due their new systems).
