He stays in place! in makeup

I have deep-set eyes, so mascara is regularly applied to the eyelids and under the eyes, even expensive brands do this. This mascara from Revlon is the only mascara that stays in place and never accidentally rubs off. I've been using it religiously for several years and have no reason to try anything else!
