Review on Bar Towels Cleaning Ring Spun Restaurant by David Gonzalez

Better than microfiber and a household workhorse

I decided to give up microfiber towels for two reasons. First, they are so expensive to maintain. Although I wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on a cool machine, I feel like I shouldn't. Many owners hang them on a line to dry. No thank you! They are designed to be cleaned and sterilized, but you can damage the microfiber. Second, I learned that microfiber fibers are part of the "plastic pollution" that is damaging our oceans. no, bueno I decided to keep the microfiber towels I have and gradually replace them with good old-fashioned cotton towels. I chose these bar towels because they are 100% cotton, they can be washed and dried at high temperatures and if I need to use bleach to make sure they are actually sanitized I can do so without fear of that they suddenly become unusable. As someone who has worked in a commercial kitchen in the past, hygiene is key. I plan to buy these towels regularly as I'm running out of microfibers. I love the way they are clean and unsurprisingly they are perfect for the kitchen. With a light spray of water, they can do what microfiber can do in terms of dust. These are good, versatile household appliances that I don't have to worry about.
