Works well with my first version of the Little Giant ladder. My ladder was bought when the little giant was just starting his career in woodworking shows. The instructions for this article did not go back to my stair model. I called the company and they gave me the information I needed to install these wheels on my stairs. Now I'll judge how it's attached to my staircase. It might go better with a new staircase. I have two problems. First I have to tip the top of the ladder back/down to an uncomfortable point so the wheels can hit the ground and let it roll. The top of the ladder is just above my knees. The second issue is that the wheels are small, so they roll poorly on grass or other soft surfaces. In general, it's still better than carrying a heavy ladder.
