The team was able t help me out with my specific use case even though we weren't looking for any particular solution at that time - they were simply helpful in pointing us towards some tools which could work as an interim measure until something more suitable came along (they gave feedback regarding one such tool!). Our requirements evolved quickly from initially being interested only about PDF management / security features of this platform; but once deployed by their engineers over email & not having access we realized it met almost all our needs without much thought required afterwards! Great approach when getting started up new sales channels or other client interactions where you want your marketing efforts focussed first! Initial onboarding experience can be improved upon further!! I wish there would've been multiple account managers involved during initial discussions instead just 1 person who's sole purpose seems limited now after multiple conversations/engagements!! As mentioned earlier, great effort put into learning what works well within current customer base rather than trying to reinvent wheel It's easy to use for both our internal team as well as partners. The support is great too! I would like to see more integrations with other platforms (like Slack). We have a large amount of content in multiple locations that we need to make available to everyone quickly. This allows us to do this without having to send emails around or wait for people to find things.
