Review on Kalencom Potette Plus 2-in-1 Travel Potty Trainer Seat Green: Portable & Versatile Potty for Traveling Kids by Carol Fowler

We bought this two years ago when our son started potty training hoping it will come in handy when we travel. We used it several times and it was great! This is a really great way to use a public restroom without worrying about our child slipping on the large toilet seats. We didn't actually use it as a stand pot, just as a smaller seat on the toilet. Again we potty trained the boy and boys can pee standing up anywhere. Our next endeavor will be with a girl and she needs to sit up when she walks so we'll probably use this as a separate potty at some point! (I'll update it with that info!) We've found it to sit securely on any toilet seat as it has two rubberized retractable handles. It definitely helps our son to relax when he has to go into an unfamiliar environment. He has no problem urinating, but needs to be able to sit securely and take his time when having a bowel movement (I'm sure others can understand this need!). It's definitely smaller than a pot. the seat he uses at home but that's the great thing about him! It may seem uncomfortable if you use it for long periods of time, but in a pinch it does the job! The included carry case is also a great feature as it is less noticeable when we have to carry it to a restaurant. It also helps keep germs off the seat on other surfaces until we get home to clean it. Overall it was very comfortable and we will continue to use it with our second child and then our third on the way!
