My problem was they did not supply the 4 additional "Floor Protectors” or 40 mm rubber feet needed when you assemble two 36” units (as pictured in the ad, rather than as one 72” tall unit. I am uncertain the 40mm feet sold on ebay will fit. I believe I should not have to pay another $9 for essential "Floor Protectors”.UPDATE: after contacting ebay they agreed to refund the price I paid for a separate order of 40mm rubber feet which ebay asked me to order and which they fulfilled from their site. The extra floor protectors fit very well.
