Like many others across the country, I have made the decision to bake sourdough bread during this pandemic. I ordered these banettons to replace the lined plastic basket I was using. It took about a month for the baskets to arrive due to the world situation. So I was excited when I finally got them but was disappointed with one of the earbuds. It had a hole in one of the seams! No big deal, it still works fine. I was just a little disappointed with the poor quality of the insoles. Otherwise everything is fine with the basket.
