Review on 📸 Neewer Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Light Stand Kit, 102"/260cm with 1/4" to 3/8" Adapter for Studio Softbox, Monolight, and Photographic Equipment by Vinay Kolluri

We have similar stands (above) from Neewer where I work, it's a non-profit organization. We found them beautiful, heavy and durable; an improvement over some of the lighter ones. I liked them so much I bought this shorter pair for my own use in low budget projects. Excellent price. I ran into a problem: one of the T-handles would not tighten. I contacted Neewer and they immediately offered to send me a replacement stand. I was very happy with this answer but said let's just try another T controller. You sent four! Strange, none of them solved my problem. I asked them if they could check another pen for me but they said they would be happy to send me another stand. They did and it works great. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive this service as I think it took some time before I had the opportunity to set up the stands after the original purchase. I had a strange problem and they stayed with me in a nice email correspondence. Seems unusual these days. Very comforting. I will definitely be looking into Neewer in the future, no doubt about that.
