Not cotton. No luxury. Cheap polyester.
Microfiber - every time you wash them you contribute to the pollution of the oceans. According to the description they are more breathable than cotton, which is nonsense. I was looking for cotton sheets at Revain and found this. I should have read the description more carefully. Sure, they're soft to the touch and fit well, but they're flimsy and cheap polyester/microfiber. I would not recommend or buy again. I've stayed in several good hotels but have never had such "luxurious" sheets on the beds.
