I am 5ft 2in and 130 tall. I've used all kinds of alternative seating because I have a lot of office jobs and I'm always bothering HR to supply me with chairs that won't return me. Pain or Carpal Tunnel Anywhoo - I've used big ugly lap chairs that are right and they are AMAZING. Don't raise your lower back in the right direction. It should be more horizontal in relation to the floor. Ideally, a proper lap chair takes all the pressure off your back and you can sit for several days as the weight distribution is even. along the entire length of your shins on a very soft cushion. This isn't a chair. A strange weight rests on my knees and my spine still carries a lot of weight without support. The padding is not thick enough and my knees and legs get sore. Angles are ALL wrong. The height adjustment levels are odd and the rea to rest your butt and shins on is too small - even for me. I'm on my knees with my legs almost closed. Basically, it's just a way of sitting on your shins and knees, regardless of what can happen ergonomically when you're sitting. It just starts to hurt after a while. I still have weight on my spine, but now my legs feel weird. It's uncomfortable to sit for maybe an hour, but it's not like that, it's weird. I do not recommend. Do not buy. Looking good T
