Unnecessarily difficult assembly. The holes didn't match. The included hardware is very small; kept sliding and I must have dropped it thirty times. I am a DIY enthusiast and craftsman and have put together many projects including furniture. It shouldn't have been anything. The tree is split, the screws are crossed. And after all... Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottles won't fit on the ends without tipping the support arms. Uh...I'm keeping it to myself simply because sending it back for a replacement would be more painful than it's worth.
