Pros: It's incredibly smooth and soft. Cons, has nothing to do with the product, it's a huge pillow and sticking it into the pillowcase is a problem resulting in unsightly creases. Other cons: A month ago I was happy with the pillowcase, now I'm not. I use the pillow to fill the gap between the wall and my bed mattress/frame, not as a body pillow, so it's stationary and decorative. When I reinstalled and whipped it out today, I noticed a 3 inch seam tear. At first I thought it was because the cover was too tight and the stitching was tight, but no, there is enough room, the cover is not tight. I'm a seamstress and had this problem when using cheap threads. Now I need to reinforce all seams. Not good!
