HP 1050C Plotter. The four HP 80 printheads I ordered did not work. Three of them released excess ink. The electrical contacts on the fourth appear to be bad as the plotter responded "move". My examination of the fourth was a comparison with the old one, showing physical damage. This tells me that the printheads have not been tested. Even if they replace them or refund the money, I don't want that - keep changing until you have a working script, I don't have time for that. I'm unlikely to buy from Wenon again. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED - come on.
