Turns out I don't need them but they are well made and I would recommend buying them if you are replacing the top pulley, sometimes even if the pulley fits the pulley just too deep, and these spacers save you the trouble of ordering them or sending the pulley back and trying another. Low price to avoid any delays or headaches.
