Fits iPhone XS (2018) This case is designed to fit the iPhone X. Except for the speakers on the bottom, it fits perfectly on XS. The left speaker has been moved to the right and now has 2 holes covered by the case. However, this does not affect the performance of the speakers. The lid is made of hard plastic with semi-rigid rubber inserts inside and on the sides. Installing on the phone was very difficult as the case doesn't flex. I thought I would break my brand new phone but I finally got it. This case provides adequate protection for the rear cameras. The protrusion of the camera is located inside the case at a depth of 1-1.5 mm. It was exactly what I wanted. Most other cases I've seen are practically on par with the camera. The buttons work perfectly, although they are difficult to press. The silent mode switch is hard for me to get hold of as it sits very deep inside the case. I need long nails to get to the switch. I find the hull a bit slippery. Especially the back. I installed a metal plate so I can use the magnetic phone holder I have in my car. Due to the thickness of this case, the phone holds up well but isn't as tight as my previous phone. The slippery back makes me nervous about the phone slipping off. In general I like it. Plenty of protection to test if I ever drop this phone. Maybe I'll end up replacing it with something more stylish.
