Works perfectly. Running is quite difficult for several months. Premium memory Quality memory without brand tax. As I suspected, 64 would not be enough for me, so I ordered 2 more 32GB sticks. 3200MHz is a great speed. The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars but in ourselves, in not understanding computers. this memory is great. If your motherboard is in the detection/configuration state, it's fortunate, as has been pointed out many times, that many need to enable XMP in the BIOS since it wasn't already enabled on their motherboard. It's just part of the memory installation, you don't change the batteries. Computers were not made for computer geniuses because of memory problems. Memory is good, computers can be tough. Side note: I have an ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard which I bought in late 2019 but with a leading memory standard so yes it will work in anything it's supposed to work. Most things that are still the dominant class of gear. So the importance of ram speed is a changing landscape. but most gamers will not be disappointed with this memory. Yes, these are faster speeds today, but with how rapid hardware changes are (or just trying to get a better system for the dollar), it's a solid choice. At most settings 3200MHz is still in the high performance range and there are still many improvements to be made, I found it to be the ideal speed to hold out until the next hardware revolution. Wild Times1/21 Update: 2nd set installed, now 128GB RAM works without problems. strange that XMP was turned off when adding the 2nd set so the speed went down to 2133, no idea why, but turned it back on in the bios and the memory went down to 3200. Enough RAM was required that I didn't use disk cache, and that's what I needed. need what you need i guess. Bill Gates "no one ever needs 640k more" was definitely proven wrong! Giggle! in any case, the memory is stable, zero problems. Update 02/23: spoke too early. the system, not often, but sometimes began to freeze. It took me a while to rule out some of the other things I had changed. It is better to buy memory in sets, or at least at the same time or close to them, so there is a greater chance of less difference between sticks. I'm wondering if this is the problem I'm having here? memory is good. I checked the memory, there are no errors. Maybe I need a higher quality motherboard to handle 128GB better. But now I'll try to adjust the parameters, maybe mix the sticks (sometimes the technique is stupid). I'll do some research first, I think increasing(?) the voltage is one of the stability tricks, if that doesn't work I'll try overclocking. See if this helps my system handle this type of RAM better. -- also thought the problem might be my m2 overheating, that hasn't changed on my system, but I ordered a heatsink for it anyway --2/28 -- after changing the clock speed to 3100 I still have experienced no other Hangup running on 128 GB. There may be memory shortages, but it's probably my low-end motherboard. I was thinking of upgrading my phone but if it stays stable I will be happy.
