There is never an exact weight

I bought this scale to help me lose weight. I joined Weight Watchers and needed something easy to use and read. I put batteries in and followed the instructions. I made sure it was leveled and calibrated before use. I weighed myself the first week of my program. I also have to weigh my cat every month so the vet can determine if she is losing the weight she should be. After the weigh-in the second week of my program, I took the cat and weighed us together. After doing the calculations, I found that my cat weighs 10 pounds (he weighs 14 pounds). I knew he hadn't lost 4 pounds so I weighed myself again. Nothing has changed, I was wearing the same clothes, the scale was in the same place and now it showed a different weight (2lbs less than the first reading). I left him alone for a week and then weighed myself on the third week. I weighed myself three times and got three different weights. These scales are not accurate. While it looks good and the digital display is great, the fact that it has inaccuracies when I weigh myself doesn't make it very useful as I'm trying to lose weight. Now I'm wondering if the weight I used for my original weight was correct. Basically, I can't tell you how much weight I've lost because your scale isn't accurate. I got on the scale this morning and it showed a reading. I waited a few minutes and did it again and it was 20 pounds lighter than when I first read it. For the third time, he was 10 pounds off the first reading. I would not recommend this product to anyone who needs to have an accurate weight when stepping on the scale. I'll buy another block. The reason I gave "Ease of Use" a star is because it can't be easy to use if it's not accurate.
