Review on URBAN ARMOR GEAR UAG IPad Pro 11-Inch (1St Gen by Darren Pham

I have a love/hate relationship with folio cases but the main benefit of this case for me was that I read somewhere that it has a removable cover. What is also indicated on the packaging, see fig. THE COVER IS NOT REMOVABLE! So I'm really angry about that. I contacted customer service and was finally told that their packaging can be used for multiple products and I can return it if I want. This is nonsense, because the packaging is specially made for the iPad Pro 11! Externally, the case makes a well-made impression. Would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for the false advertising.
