Have you ever owned something and realized that the manufacturer was trying to make it as cheap as possible? Fastcap has taken this to a higher level. I bet the prototype came back 5 times and they kept saying it was cheaper and not as high quality. It's the quality of what you might see in a dollar store trash can. I couldn't understand it when I saw pictures of leaking bottles. I figured they weren't tight enough, or maybe the gasket just needed alignment. No, the pods look like they were cut with a dull kitchen knife and they are the thinnest I've seen, paper thin. The plastic is so badly formed that the seams don't rip because they are so thin. The rim around the threads on the caps is beveled so the cap cannot fit snugly. The lid that comes with the spout is made of plastic/silicone. the expectation that this occasional snag will put an end to the convenience of attachment. The middle bracket, which is in the "accessory bag" that hangs from the bottle, didn't include a gasket (cheap again!). It's good design, just poorly executed. Don't waste $10.
